Touched the rim today

I wonder if the rim was somehow lowered over time because of its weight... Didn't think I'll make it but I touched the rim. I'm 5'9" and my standing reach is 7'5". I couldn't grab it obviously, I'm not even trained. I was a little bit tired. I wonder what I can do if I gymcel and reach elite level squat lifts and overall flexibility training and plyometrics.

You won't reach elite lifts without steroids with your frame, but you could hit 405 squat natty, not much more though without getting chunky

I'd guess you could train up to a 36-40" vertical
