Pain is the path your body takes when trying to punish you for defying its protocol of preservation.
Your body was never meant to be a seeker of power, it was meant to hyper prioritize cowardly conservation amongst the flock.
You can learn, grow from your pain. It is your INTELLECT that must decide if a source of pain is beneficial, or just unhelpable, like stepping on a land mind.
Whatever doesn't kill you will not make you stronger.
But whatever typically stimulates and increases your power is likely to cause pain and fear. Be one of those who has the drive to defy it.
