Most common foods nowadays are so bad for you its ridicilous

Share your experiences with the opposite sex. Suggest ways to improve your success. Analyze the behavior of females in real life and online. Rant and rave about females. Show the importance of looks pertaining to attracting females and other social situations. Discuss aesthetics and the science of attractiveness. Exchange health, nutrition and looksmaxing tips.

Red meat, fish, chicken, vegetables, fruits & some oils are the only good foods left.

fucking ridiculous @ how much crap there is in literally EVERYTHING nowadays

Cookies, Nutella, Doritos, Pepsi, Coca Cola, Snickers, Mars, Cadbury, Mountain Dew, Gatorade, Ben & Jerry's, Cakes, Ice Cream, Yogurts, Pies, Desserts, Breads, Cereal, Milk, Cheese. EVERY FUKING THING BRAHS when you start researching the things in it you get mind=blown.

So many food additives cause things like cancer, autoimmune disease, skin diseases & disorders like: Psoriasis, Eczema, Seborrheic Dermatitis, Acne, Folliculitis, KP, any Intestinal disorders like Ulcerative Colitis, Constipation, Crohns Disease, IBD, IBS, Candida, SIBO, Body Odor, Allergies, Asthma, etc

It is FUKING crazy man. Holy fuk all my problems are because of these crap foods and here we are told we should just focus on "macros".

And here is the other thing:

- MANY food producers LIE about the ingredients or try to get around this so that people won't think "HUH WTF IS THIS" when they read the label. In fact 10 years ago E numbers were listed on many products here in Europe, now they removed them and put their full synthetic/chemical names or used terms such as "modified corn starch" which is in reality E-621 and that SH!T is deadly as fuk and is found in pretty much 95% of all products. They do the same for many other ingredients. It is RIDICULOUS

All my problems that I had during my teens like acne, anxiety, insomnia and so forth could all be CURED by avoiding the crap ingredients that are in 99.99% percent of the foods nowadays.

I mean look at this list: http://dermnetnz.org/reactions/e-numbers.html

and start researching each ingredient. You will be MIND BLOWN

FUCK THIS GAY EARTH (100% SRS)

Not sure what paleo exactly is since each person says something else

but I would focus mostly on meats, fish, chicken, veggies and fruits THEN come the rest like rice, potatoes.

Things like eggs and nuts would personally limit

most dairy and grains FUCK that shit

sugar is not the only problem. its most of the grains and dairy as well

Legit. Almost everything has high fructose corn syrup. Sugar is literally in everything we eat.

Good tasty food boosts your serotonin levels and thus makes you happy. These foods are the only thing incels get to hang on to in order to even feel some kind of enjoyment in a otherwise hellish existence. Just lol at even considering removing your only source of happiness because it's "bad for you" - you're a sub5 genetic disaster anyway remember?

this has also caused kids to not grow as quickly

if you look at pics of 17-18 year old highschoolers in the 80s and earlier, they look like 21 year old college students of today

tons of 18-19 year olds today can easily pass as 14-15. Absolutely pathetic.

This. Everything else is coping.

The biggest slayer in knew in middle and high school was living off fast foods, candy bars and soda. Guess what? He was the biggest and the strongest anyway. Just LOL at copecels.

ehh i just eat whatever i want on cheat days. life is too short to not eat the tastey stuff even though its bad for you.

Eating healthy gets expensive, plus you have to go to the grocery store more often because healthy foods tend to expire faster. Somewhat legit, though. A lot of what we eat is compete shit, and even if it doesn't make you fat, it makes you feel like shit after a while.

genetics is everything. all the jockslayers ive known have had the exact same diet as everyone else. Processed junk, sugar, chocolate all the jazz

fuckin lol at you copers falling for placebo by "eating right". human lifespan is at its peak but please continue talking about how bad technology and the modern food industry is

youre really gonna put a price on your health to save a few bucks. you can eat good for cheap if you know how to cook properly with real food.

eat junk food > look like like shit > feel like shit > be overweight > girls are disgusted by you

eat real food > feel/look great > save money > girls like you....

agreed bro.... I should have explained further.... I've cut out grains and dairy hoping to lose weight.

The only sugar I get is from fruit.

And their is nothing wrong with Yogurts...

And get your sugar rush from Fruit Juice not soda, or occasionally some vitamin-mineral-fiber packed milkshake.

It's good that you're interested in gastrointestinal health, and recognize it's importance, the best things for it are...

-Probiotic Yogurts (oft' marketed as 'live culture')
-Fiber (some studies have shown that Cereal Fiber itself has a stronger correlate with Colon health than Veggie Fiber. Veggies, Fruits, Cereals, Legumes.)
-Fruit Juice enriched with Pine Bark (you could take Pine Bark extract supps' instead)
-Licorice

You can also look into products like this. Detoxing Tea.

These Juices are stuff I'd like to add to my diet.

Studies have shown Fruit Juice to be correlated with lower BMI, better insulin sensitivity and so on. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21677126
Fruit & Veggie juices have been found to be correlated with projection against Alzheimers. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2266591/
Antioxidants. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/25089359
Fruit/Vegetable Juice may be better for getting B-carotene than Fruits/Vegetables in their whole form. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/23127215

Y'all should be eating Legumes. Beans & Peas boys, great for your health packed with Fiber, Protein, Vitamins & Minerals. Legume consumption is correlated with better health, less symptoms of Metabolic Syndrome. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4063515/

Nuts & Seeds are good to consume...everyone already should know how great Fruits & Vegetable are.

You can find many gluten free, white flour absent cereals, if that's where your concern comes from. Oats are safe to consume for most whom suffer from Celiac.

You should look into many Vegan food practices boyo, whole natural healthy foods for ya's. Slap in some good meats (Beef, Chicken, Fish), eggs, some dairy products (Yogurts, Butter, Cheese, some Milk) and you've got yourself a great diet.

Taking a small amount of Milk daily should do you no harm, 200-300ml should suffice.

Oh and drink Mineral Water.

speak for yourself....I'm a in betweener trying to looks max and get with a girl at least my level on the scale of 1-10

fuck off with your vegan snake oil bro

beans are horrible for the body to digest.... then you say drink juice instead of soda.... we know soda is bad but juice is just as bad since it contains about the same amount of processed sugar

Ayy lmao, fuck you too mane.

Post links to beans being 'horrible for your body to digest'. They're good for your health, a great source of dietary fiber, great protein and so on.

What Fruit Juice are you taking boyo ? Take some pure stuff, it's good for your health. Everything has pros-n-cons, it's about getting a good balance. And their is NO reason why Fruit/Vegetable Juices can't be consumed as part of a healthy diet.

Orange juice consumers with normal serum lipid levels had significantly lower total cholesterol (−11%, p <0.001), LDL-cholesterol (−18%, p < 0.001), apolipoprotein B (apo B) (−12%, p < 0.01) and LDL/HDL ratio (−12%, p < 0.04) in comparison to non-consumers, as did the consumers with moderate hypercholesterolemia: lower total cholesterol (−5%, p <0.02), LDL-cholesterol (−12%, p <0.03), apolipoprotein B (−12%, p <0.01) and LDL/HDL ratio (−16%, p <0.05) in comparison the non-consumers counterparts. Serum levels of homocysteine, HDL- cholesterol and apolipoprotein A-1, body composition and the dietary intake of food energy and macronutrients did not differ among orange juice consumers and non-consumers, but vitamin C and folate intake was higher in orange juice consumers.

Long-term orange juice consumers had lower levels of total cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol, apo B and LDL/HDL ratio and an improvement of folate and vitamin C in their diet.

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3750609/

Usual per capita intake of 100% OJ was 50.3 ml/d. Among consumers (n = 2,310; 23.8%), UI was 210.0 ml/d. Compared to non-consumers, consumers had a higher (p < 0.05) percentage (% ± SE) of the population meeting the EAR for vitamin A (39.7 ± 2.5 vs 54.0 ± 1.2), vitamin C (0.0 ± 0.0 vs 59.0 ± 1.4), folate (5.8 ± 0.7 vs 15.1 ± 0.9), and magnesium (51.6 ± 1.6 vs 63.7 ± 1.2). Consumers were also more likely to be above the AI for potassium (4.1 ± 0.8 vs 1.8 ± 0.2). HEI-2005 was significantly (p < 0.05) higher in consumers (55.0 ± 0.4 vs 49.7 ± 0.3). Consumers also had higher intakes of total fruit, fruit juice, whole fruit, and whole grain. Consumers had a lower (p < 0.05) mean body mass index (27.6 ± 0.2 vs 28.5 ± 0.1), total cholesterol levels (197.6 ± 1.2 vs 200.8 ± 0.75 mg/dL), and low density lipoprotein-cholesterol levels (112.5 ± 1.4 vs 116.7 ± 0.93 mg/dL). Finally, compared to non-consumers of 100% OJ, consumers were 21% less likely to be obese and male consumers were 36% less likely to have MetS.

The results suggest that moderate consumption of 100% OJ should be encouraged to help individuals meet the USDA daily recommendation for fruit intake and as a component of a healthy diet.

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/23234248

Adult OJ consumers had lower BMI, waist circumference and percentage body fat than non-consumers (P < 0.01), as well as lower odds ratio for overweight and obesity (P < 0.01)

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/22433835

The value of orange juice consumption in kidney stone prevention was examined in 8 healthy men and 3 men with documented hypocitraturic nephrolithiasis. They underwent 3 phases of a metabolic study, a placebo phase and 2 treatment phases in which they ingested either 1.2 l. orange juice (containing 60 mEq. potassium and 190 mEq. citrate per day) with meals or potassium citrate tablets (60 mEq. per day) with water and meals. Compared to potassium citrate, orange juice delivered an equivalent alkali load and caused a similar increase in urinary pH (6.48 versus 6.75 from 5.71) and urinary citrate (952 versus 944 from 571 mg. per day). Therefore, orange juice, like potassium citrate, decreased urinary undissociated uric acid levels and increased the inhibitor activity (formation product) of brushite (calcium phosphate). However, orange juice increased urinary oxalate and did not alter calcium excretion, whereas potassium citrate decreased urinary calcium without altering urinary oxalate. Thus, orange juice lacked the ability of potassium citrate to decrease urinary saturation of calcium oxalate. Overall, orange juice should be beneficial in the control of calcareous and uric acid nephrolithiasis.

Background. Impaired endothelial function is a predictor of cardiovascular events. Orange juice (OJ) is rich in dietary flavonoids and could inhibit oxidative stress and inflammatory responses. We examined the effects of commercial (COJ) and fresh orange juice (FOJ) on endothelial function and physiological characteristics in healthy humans. Materials and Methods. Twenty-two healthy volunteers years were enrolled in a single blind randomized crossover controlled trial. The two groups consumed either COJ for the first 4 weeks and then FOJ (CFOJ, 4 weeks), or FOJ for the first 4 weeks and then COJ (FCOJ, 4 weeks). We assessed endothelial function by measuring flow-mediated dilation, serum concentrations of lipids, apolipoproteins A and B (apo A-1 and apo B), and inflammatory markers such as vascular endothelial adhesion molecule 1 (VCAM-1), E-selectin, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), and interleukin-6. Results. Consumption of both juices decreased VCAM, hs-CRP, and E-selectin but increased apo A-1. A decline in LDL occurred in the FOJ group. There were no differences between the characteristics of two groups, with the exception of apo A-1 levels that were increased with both forms of OJ. The largest variations occurred with hs-CRP, VCAM in both groups. Conclusion. Consumption of COJ and FOJ produced beneficial effects on the physiological characteristics of healthy volunteers. Although these results could encourage the consumption of OJ, intervention studies are needed to determine the long-term effects of these types of OJ on metabolic and cardiovascular endpoints.

ABSTRACT Epidemiological studies show that consumption of fruits and vegetables is associated with beneficial effects on human health including reduced risk of coronary artery disease (CAD). Fruits and their juices contain phytochemicals that inhibit in vitro low-density lipoprotein (LDL) oxidation and may account, in part, for their protective effect. However, reports of in vivo antioxidant effects from fruit intake are limited. We conducted a human trial to examine the in vivo effect of consumption of apples (both whole and juice) in an unblinded, randomized, crossover design. Healthy men and women added 375 ml of unsupplemented apple juice or 340 g of cored whole apple to their daily diet for 6 weeks, then crossed over to the alternate product for 6 weeks. Blood samples were obtained at baseline and after each dietary period. Compliance was monitored via biweekly 5-day food records, bodyweight checks, and meetings with study personnel. There were no significant differences between groups in intake of dietary fat, cholesterol, total carbohydrate, sugar, or calories throughout the study. Dietary fiber intake increased by 22% with whole apple consumption. Body weight, fasting serum lipid concentration, and other lipoprotein parameters were unchanged. Apple juice consumption increased ex vivo copper (Cu(++))-mediated LDL oxidation lag time by 20% compared with baseline. Apples and apple juice both reduced conjugated diene formation. Moderate apple juice consumption provides in vivo antioxidant activity. In view of the current understanding of CAD, the observed effect on LDL might be associated with reduced CAD risk and supports the inclusion of apple juice in a healthy human diet.

Most of this is true, but don't bash whole grains and yogurt too much. Whole grains are really good for you, its processed white grains (white rice, and white bread such as hamburger buns, biscuits, muffins ect) that are bad. Processed carbs raise your blood sugar/insulin levels which signals your body to store fat cells. Not all fruit juice is bad either, grapefruit juice in particular reduces the risk of male prostate cancer by up to 40% or more in some cases, and prostate cancer kills men like breast cancer kills woman. Sugar loaded fruit juice like Sunny D and fruit punch is what is very bad, especially if it contains HFCS. Organic Greek yogurt is also super easy on your digestive tract. Of course seeing as we are all incel losers here, do we really want to live longer and prolong our suffering?
