Since I've been getting sufficient Vit-D I've gained 12-13ish lbs, in no time. (I should add I've been doing calisthenics daily, too.)

My Dental Abscess progression has improved ten-fold (Vit-D is linked to improved immune system). My Dentist straight up says it's minimal at the mo' and is fine and dandy. I can tell you right now the Vit-D has greatly helped, the swelling is virtually non-existant. (the pus/dead white blood cells build up is gone...dead blood cells = died feebly trying to fight an infection)

So to have wankers in here claiming it's like buying a pair of fucking socks, it does nothing, everyone has enough of it, or whatever is pathetic. You guys are morons and hopeless. It supports the hypothesis that warfarin interferes with the prenatal growth of the cartilaginous nasal septum by inhibiting the normal formation of a vitamin K-dependent protein that prevents calcification of cartilage. The child also had severe abnormalities of the cervical vertebrae and secondary damage to the spinal cord. Cervical vertebral anomalies are a relatively common finding in the warfarin embryopathy and in the related Binder syndrome.


Sprague-Dawley rats were given daily subcutaneous doses of sodium warfarin (100 mg/kg) and vitamin K1 (10 mg/kg) for up to 12 weeks, starting on the day after birth. This dosing regimen creates an extrahepatic vitamin K deficiency while preserving the vitamin K-dependent processes of the liver. Control rats received either vitamin K1 only or were untreated. All rats survived without any signs of hemorrhage. The warfarin-treated rats developed a marked maxillonasal hypoplasia associated with a 11-13% reduction in the length of the nasal bones compared with controls. The length of the posterior part of the skull was not significantly different from controls. In the warfarin-treated rats, the septal cartilage of the nasal septum showed large areas of calcification, not present in controls, and abnormal calcium bridges in the epiphyseal cartilages of the vertebrae and long bones. The ectopic calcification in the septal cartilage may have been the cause of the reduced longitudinal growth of the nasal septum and the associated maxillonasal hypoplasia. Binder's Syndrome/Binder Syndrome (Maxillo-Nasal Dysplasia) is a developmental disorder primarily affecting the anterior part of the maxilla and nasal complex (nose and jaw). It is a rare disorder and the causes are unclear. Hereditary and vitamin D deficiency during embryonic growth have been researched as possible causes.

The syndrome involves hypoplasia of variable severity of cartilaginous nasal septum and premaxilla. It includes complete total absence of the anterior nasal spine. There are also associated anomalies of muscle insertions of the upper lip and the nasal floor and of the cervical spine. Affected individuals typically have an unusually flat, underdeveloped midface (midfacial hypoplasia), with an abnormally short nose and flat nasal bridge. They have an underdeveloped upper jaw, relatively protruding lower jaw with anterior mandibular vertical excess and a Class III skeletal and dental (reverse overjet) profile. They have a small frontal sinus and global facial imbalance.

i visited two separate specialists and they both came to the same conclusion. My hair wasn't getting enough nutrience. If I was genetically going bald I would have receded further. My hairline hasn't budged in three years thanks to a change in diet. I don't get ED anymore, either.

I posted this very thing WEEKS ago. I brought up the importance of minerals/vitamins for development and the balance that's necessary for ideal growth/health and you all dismissed it as "genetics". Now you're all gung-ho about it.

And I don't think it's a coincidence that Vitamin D & Vitamin K (both extremely potent promoters of increased BMD) deficiencies are correlated with bastardized craniofacial growth.

In the elderly accelerated height loss is correlated with low BMD.
Results indicate that excessive height loss does reflect low bone mass and may predict osteoporosis-related fractures.

Biacromial breadth was positively associated with BMC (bone mineral content) and BMD (bone mineral density).

In the men, biacromial and wrist breadths were significantly and positively associated with BMC and BMD.

For what it's worth many people who take Vitamin K2 claim it changed their faces. (as adults).

It likely could be due to the increased BMD. It's something to think about, that the increased absorption of Calcium and the likes throughout all your bones, leads to sturdier and thus slightly larger bone mass.
