I have an idea:

Megadose on K, calcium, D, zinc and punch yourself into chin and browridge with progressive overload to make those areas grow. Drop some sprints into the mix for HGH.

What exactly is vitamin k for? It's already in meat and vegetables so why supplements?

I'm doing both right now combined with high dose DHEA. There are some studies showing DHEA to have some osteoblastic activity. Another one to consider is bone morphogenic protein, but thats more complicated

You need to be eating liver, getting sun(or tanning bed/d3) and drinking milk or taking Algaecal supplement for the vitamin mk4 to matter much.

Most of the studies have been done with Mk-4

the body stores Mk-7, but no one really knows when it becomes toxic so its best to stick with mk-4 and take it multiple times a day.


AOR have a k2 product that has some of the highest dosages of k2 mk4 out there.

Dont bother with food sources. Nowhere near enough mk4 to achieve any of the desired effects people report while on high doses.

Take with fat.

Because mk7 doesnt have the desired effects on your body that we want that mk4 does, and barely any of it will convert to mk4 inside your digestive system. Its a waste of money, moving on now...
